Orders are delivered within 24 hours in Kumasi and within 48 hours in other places in other areas in Ghana.
Orders can be returned within seven days if they meet some specifications stated in our Return Policy
Yes you receive invoice for your order. The invoice captures your order details which include but not limited to products ordered, date ordered, sub total (without delivery) and total cost of your order. A soft copy of the invoice will be sent to your email and phone number if provided
You can cancel your order through your account or give us a call 0552601669, 0560656685, or 0203524688 to make changes to your order or to cancel it outright.
You can place an order without an account. However, it is advisable that you create an account. This will make keeping track of your orders easy.
We receive payment via MTN Mobile Money, Voda Cash, and AirtelTigo Money (0552601669, 0203524688, and 0560656685 respectively). You can also pay for the products in cash when your products are delivered (cash on delivery)
Products are not given on credit. Transactions are made on cash-and-carry basis.
We do not offer free delivery at the moment. We charge a pittance for deliveries within and outside Kumasi.
It will take 24 hours for products ordered to be received in Kumasi. And 48 hours for places outside Kumasi.
You can specify who (the name and contact) can receive your order in your absence. You can also call Dwakese to inform us.
You can inform the delivery agent who would validate your claim and return the products to Dwakese. Your ordered products would be delivered within 24 hours if you’re based in Kumasi and 2-3 days if you are outside Kumasi.
